STORE HOUSE:

Heal the Land Ministries, Western Gate Church, has been established within a very poor part of Pretoria since 2009.
Project aim: It started out as a feeding scheme and meeting the physical needs of the people. Since then, a very strong relationship has been built with the community, and there is a big awareness of the physical, spiritual, and emotional needs of the community, as well as the inner workings and dynamics.
Project activities: From this platform a church was established in 2015 and the focus is: Word-based teaching; Equipping and support of the community; Handing out of food and clothing; Community outreaches during which food and clothing is distributed.
Funding needs: Approximately 1500 USD per month to feed the poor and homeless.
Due to the extreme poverty in the area the sustainability of the church and it’s meetthe-
need projects are completely dependent on donations and volunteers, many of whom are from HTL Pretoria Southern Gate Church that serves as a platform for those that have been equipped to give, serve and minister within a needy community.

E-GEN (ENOCH GENERATION):

Heal the Land Ministries E-GEN was established in 2023 after 5 years of ministering to children living in areas stricken by poverty and abuse.
Project aim: to teach children how to walk with the Lord.
Project activities: Feeding these children weekly, both food and spiritual teaching. Other activities include prophetic arts, dancing, drawing, acting, etc.
Focus group: Between 6 to 18 years of age from very poor and dysfunctional homes, and many times our contact with them is their only reference of love and care.
Funding needs: Annual three (3) camps are held, where relationship are build and children receive ministry. Each camp costs approx. 3000 USD.

Furthermore, the project is currently investigating the purchase of an old age home in the area, with the intention of starting a boarding school, which would allow us to place children from abusive
homes in a safe, loving environment without the legal technicalities of forcefully having them removed from their homes. The project is run and funded by volunteers.

THERAPEUO TRAINING INSTITUTE:

THERAPEUO Training Institute is part of the Heal the Land Ministries social
development program that has been training ladies in rural and impoverished areas for over 15 years.
Project aim: To build into their lives spiritually while empowering them to become self-sufficient.
Target group: Students are victims of every type of abuse, and being able to
provide for themselves is often the determining factor of whether they can rise above their circumstances.
Program activities: Students are trained in order to become fulltime
beauticians. They also become active in their community, e.g. serving two old age homes.
Project needs: THERAPEUO has opened a new training facility in the West of Pretoria
in the beginning of this year. The project is very much in its baby shoes, and there is still a lot to be done in terms of making it sustainable. OUR

FEEDING SCHEME

Project aim: Feeding scheme under children, prostitutes, drug addicts and the poor in South Africa.
Project activities: High-protein food specially developed for this feeding program. Many testimonies of how it saved lives and improved schooling in children.
Target group: Communities and individuals from very poor and These children come from very poor and dysfunctional homes.
Funding needs: Funds are need in order to buy and distribute the SUPERFOOD at approx.. 4 USD per 250 g bag

HOME – VICTIMS OF HUMAN TRAFFICKING

Project aim: Ministry to victims of human trafficking which effect between 28 000 to 38 000 children in South Africa.

Target group: Target OUR HOME ministries which house between 8 and 15 girls that was saved from Human trafficking on a constant basis.
Project activities: Heal the Land Ministries support Our Home annually in
assisting with fundraising, support inspiritual growth and outreach to those on the streets where approximately up to 80 more girls are reached.
Funding needs: SUPERFOOD is often the only food available
